It's been a busy couple of weeks, but we can finally slow down, take a breath, and look forward to what's coming up next. The orchards are a little quieter now, though there's always work to be done. Since our pear trees are dormant for the winter, crews are taking the opportunity to do some pruning in preparation for next spring's bloom.
